Refund policy


Every effort is made to ensure that your artwork arrives safely and meets your expectations. Please review the following policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Damaged Artwork

If your artwork is damaged during shipping, please notify Joe Woldt Art within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photographs of the damage and the packaging so that an insurance claim can be filed. A refund will be arranged for the purchase price (less original shipping costs).

Returns and Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your artwork for any reason, you may request a return within seven (7) business days of receiving your order.

  • The artwork must be returned in its original condition the same materials and method used for delivery).

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once the artwork is received in its original, undamaged condition, a refund (less shipping charges) or exchange for another piece of equal or lesser value will be issued.

Custom Commissions

All custom commission sales are final. Clients will be provided with opportunities to review and approve the artwork throughout the creation process, refunds or exchanges for commissioned pieces are not available.
